Setting up an Email

Here is a guide on how to set up an email using the Client portal

1.       Login into your account

2.       Click services – My services

3.       Click on the business advanced that is linked to the website (Domain) that you want to make an email for. This will bring you the “Manage Product”

4.       Once here you can scroll down and click on email account.  This should open a new page.

5.       This is where you can see all your active emails. Click on “Create email account” a new window will pop up. Simply put in name of the email, password and their allocated quota. 500mb – 1000mb is a normal amount and you can always increase the amount later. Click create!

6.       To access your email login to your domain (website.com/webmail)
