Here is a quick guide on how to set up an autoresponder you can either follow the steps below or follow the video.
Autoresponder Setup Guide: Video Guide
- Click services – My services
- Click on the business advanced that is linked to the website (Domain) that you want to make an Autoresponder for. This will bring you the “Manage Product”
- Once here you can scroll down and click on Autoresponders. This should open a new page.
- Click on add Autoresponder
- interval is the amount of time before the sends the autoresponder message to the same person (We recommend 24 hours)
- Next add which email you wish to set the autorepsonder on (This email needs to be hosted with us)
- After this you can set up the "From" of who will be sending the email and also the content behind the email.
