How to view your Metrics: Video Guide
- Click services – My services
- Click on the business advanced that is linked to the website (Domain) that has an IP banned on it. This will bring you the “Manage Product”
- Once here you can scroll down and click on Unban IP. This should open a new page.
- If you are trying to UNban your IP just by logging in to the account will unban the IP that you are currently one.
- If it's not your IP that is banned then you can now enter the IP and click "Unban"
